Balloon kyphoplasty
Balloon kyphoplasty set: opens a cavity in the vertebral body with a balloon and prepares it for cement.
Percutaneous access to the vertebral body is made through the cannula and trocar. The balloon catheter is placed in the fracture and inflated under a pressure gauge, opening a controlled cavity inside the vertebral body. After the balloon is deflated and withdrawn, the cavity is filled with the cement fillers. The set contains every part from access to fill, in single and bilateral kits.
